Booking Conditions:

•   Room rates above are quoted in Thai Baht per room per night
    including of American Breakfast for twin or single use.
•   Room rate is inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% (VAT.) government tax.
•   Peak Season surcharge at Baht 200.- net per room per night
    for period of December 20th untill January 20th
•   Children under 12 years old sharing a room with parents is Free of Charge
    without extra bed and no Breakfast.
•   Baby cot is provided complimentary.
•   Compulsory Gala Dinner on December 24th (X'mas Eve) is at Baht 2,400.- net per adult
    and Baht 1,500.- net per child (4-12 years old).
•   Compulsory Gala Dinner on December 31st (New Year Eve) is at Baht 2,400.- net per adult
    and Baht 1,500.- net per child (4-12 years old).
•   Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
